Cancelling or changing your appointment

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. You can call us on 01348 875221 or email enquiries@pembrokeshiremedical.com.

 

Late cancellations and missed appointments

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged for it.

 

Refunds for blood tests

Once your blood sample has been sent to the laboratory, the test cannot be refunded.
